Brandon Morgan, licensed independent social worker providing therapy for children, teens, and adults in Ohio

Clinical background. I spent seven years at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where I worked with children, teens, and families across outpatient and specialty medical clinics. My work there focused on sleep difficulties, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, tic disorders, and other habit-based challenges that can significantly impact quality of life.

That experience shaped how I practice today. I value evidence-based care, collaboration, and approaches that respect each person's capacity, context, and pace.

How I approach therapy. I believe effective therapy balances understanding with action. Insight matters, but so does having a clear framework for change. Many of the concerns I work with - sleep problems, OCD, tics - are maintained by patterns that can feel frustrating or discouraging over time.

My role is to help identify what's keeping those patterns going and to support change in a way that feels manageable and humane. Therapy doesn't need to be dramatic to be effective. Often, steady and thoughtful work leads to the most meaningful progress.

Who I work with:

  • Children, teens, and adults

  • Individuals and families navigating sleep difficulties

  • Children, teens or adults experiencing tics, OCD, and/or anxiety
