Fees & Insurance
Understanding payment and insurance can be confusing. My goal is to keep this as clear and straightforward as possible.

Session fees. My standard fee for therapy sessions is $150 per session. This rate applies to both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Insurance. I am currently able to accept insurance through Headway, a secure platform that manages insurance billing and payment. When you schedule, Headway will help you check your insurance benefits and determine any copay or out-of-pocket cost before your appointment. ​If you plan to use insurance, scheduling through Headway is the simplest way to confirm coverage.

Private pay. If you prefer to pay privately, you’re welcome to do so. My private-pay rate is $150 per session, whether services are provided in person or via telehealth. Private-pay sessions are scheduled and processed through the same secure system used for insurance clients.

What happens when you schedule. When you schedule an initial session, you’ll be guided through a secure process to:

You will not be charged unexpectedly.
